How
to place your order
Ordering
with James & James is simple. Just surf our site, & when
you find the style you want to order, click the 'add to cart'
button. You will then be informed that the item has been added
to your shopping cart. When you have finished browsing, just click
the 'view cart' button & you will be shown the contents of
your shopping cart. If you are ready to order the goods in your
cart, click 'proceed to checkout', & you will then be taken
to a secure payment page where we will need to take your name,
delivery address & payment details. All prices shown are final
purchase prices & include UK VAT. Please note we do not give
out customer details to third parties.
If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will despatch your
order on the day we receive payment for your order. (i.e. if you
pay by credit card over the internet before 4pm Monday to Friday,
we will despatch your order the same day).
How
to pay for your order
You
can pay by any major credit card, by cheque, or by bank transfer.
Pay
by credit card
If
you decide to pay by credit card you can do so by Secure server
on our site, fax, phone or mail. Details taken over our secure
are transmitted using 128bit encryption. Orders are held encrypted
on our server until they are processed. It is our policy not to
make any charge to your credit card until your order is ready
to ship.

know that credit card security is one of the main concerns for
internet shoppers. In conjunction with our partners at Swift Internet
we use 1024 bit encryption to ensure that your credit card details
& other sensitive information are kept secure. We will not
share any information provided by you (including payment details,
name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) with any third
party. In addition to this we display our site certificate seal

Pay by cheque
If you decide to pay by cheque, the delivery
schedule of you order will depend on when we receive the cheque
& the time it takes to clear through our bank (usually 5 working
days).

you decide to pay by Bank Order, we will send you an e-mail to
confirm availability & invoice total. You can then pay by

delivery shedule for payment by bank order is dependant on the

Delivery
In
stock orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday, will be despatched
