DC Shoes
DC Shoes was founded in the USA in 1993 by Rallycross & Gymkhana star Ken Block & Damon Way. They wanted to make a the skateboarding shoes of the time more technologically advanced.
Many of the shoes created then are still a staple of the range now, which includes the ever popular DC Court Graffik, DC Spartan, DC Net & more recent additions such as DC Alias & Cole.
DC has a long history of high level sponsorship of extreme sports stars and events, and has a high profile on TV shows such as Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, & Nitro Circus. Over the years, DC Shoes have sponsored sports stars such as Danny Way, Travis Pastrana, Robbie Madison, many many more.
Most of these sponsorship tie-ins have lead to DC Shoes making a signature model of shoe for these athletes, which are then released for sale to the public. From small beginnings selling skate shoes, DC Shoes are now known the world over & have expanded their range to include men's and women's apparel, snowboard gear, motocross boots and a lot more.
Recent high level of interest in Motorsports has lead DC Shoes to creating it's own "Teamworks" clothing & shoe range. With it's ties to sport & athletes, DC looks set to be continually popular with sports stars and customers for years to come.
